Lots of people struggle with the question where do I get started on my fitness journey? Many people have been trying for years to lose weight and get healthy. They have tried numerous diets and fitness routines. They struggle with finding what works and staying on track. With fitness it isn’t a one size fits all. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade. I have had many success stories. I want to share the struggles and achievements that I have found helpful.
