Hi, I Am Elizabeth Bender
I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health coach. For more than a decade I have worked with people on their health and fitness goals. I started out my fitness journey realizing that I had to improve my health. After hiring a trainer who changed my life, I knew that I wanted to help others. I have a Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University and I am an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach.
I wanted to have a place where I can share some of my experience and knowledge about health and fitness. A place where we can openly talk about topics, ask questions and possibly find some help in your fitness and health journey. Not one fitness plan, health plan, or diet plan fits every person.
