My fitness journey started when I realizing that I had to improve my health. After hiring a personal trainer who changed my life, I knew that I wanted to help others as well.
This is a place where I can share some of my experience and knowledge about health and fitness. A place where we can openly talk about topics, ask questions and you can possibly find some help in your fitness and health journey. Not one fitness plan, health plan, or diet plan fits every person.

I have been seeing Liz for almost a year. I can honestly say it has been incredible and I look forward to every session. I have a significant old injury which has limited some exercises I can do. Liz has modified and worked through my limitations to have me gain strength in areas I did not believe I could any more. I always feel safe and I know I can push as well as she can push me to gain strength. She also knows when to say no more and she is open when I say no and then she has a modification suitable for me. I have been away for an extended period and Liz has made workouts for me to do in the absence. They have been easy to follow and any exercise needing explanation there is a youtube linked for clarity. It has been great and I look forward to being back in person with her
